The long-established Veranda restaurant, wrapped around the Great Room, is the perfect setting for relaxed hospitality where guests can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, and an open bar for drinks and refreshments throughout the day.
The evening sees a transformation into a fabulous setting with small intimate tables or settings for larger private parties.
Inspired by the West Indies, Veranda’s evening menu has been created to take you on a voyage of classic and contemporary dishes using house rubs and delicately spiced marinades.
Diners have a selection of smaller sharing plates or larger main sized dishes to choose from, matched with a tantalising range of flavour-packed sides, all cooked using traditional methods – smoked and grilled over flame.
Whilst our extensive wine list, which won an Award of Excellence from the Wine Spectator in 2013, will keep even the most enthusiastic oenologist happy.
