TERMS FOR PAYMENT
Pre-payment required by wire transfer or credit card 21 days prior to arrival for High Season and 7 days for Shoulder and Low :

Reservation made within the relevant cancellation period, payment is due immediately. If payment has not been received by guest arrival, the guest will be held responsible for all charges.

High Season
3 nights deposit required
21 day cancellation policy to avoid penalty charge of 3 days
Shoulder and Summer Season
2 nights deposit required
7 day cancellation policy to avoid penalty charge of 2 days
No shows: 100% of total stay charged.
Early departure after check-in will result in full charges being applied for the complete period reserved.
Cancellations must be made within the required time of the relevant season.
Failure to do so will result in the full penalty being applied.
Refunds of deposits will be subject to a 10% bank handling fee

Rates are based on double adult occupancy.

Deposit & Cancellation Requirements
- 50% non refundable deposit required at time of booking
- Balance due 4 months prior to arrival (if arrival is under 4 months from booking date, deposit required is 100% of stay.
- ALL PREPAYMENTS FOR RESIDENCE ARE NON REFUNDABLE ONCE PAID
TRAVEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Ticket Change / Cancellation Charges:
- 25 $USD with 48 hrs or more notice
- 50% refund with 24 - 48 hrs notice
- NO refund with less than 24 hrs notice and once travel commences
