No shows
- 100% of total stay charged.
- Early departure after check-in will result in full charges being applied for the complete period reserved.
- Cancellations must be made within the required time of the relevant season.
- Failure to do so will result in the full penalty being applied.

Payment requirements:
- 50% deposit required on confirmation of reservation (20% bank fees will be levied on any refund)
- Balance due by 1st June 2012
- All monies are Non-refundable if cancelled after 2nd June 2012
- Reservations confirmed after 2nd June 2012 must be secured by immediate full pre-payment (within 7 days of booking date) on accommodation.
- ALL PAYMENTS AS OF 1ST JUNE 2012 ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
